Science Evidence-Based training means to apply up to date exercise and nutritional science literature to optimise one's training for the fastest results.
AM I BEING COACHED BY ANDY FVNG?
Yes, to some aspect but not to the extent of 1-on-1 Personal Coaching.
This is the middle ground between self and 1-on-1, but group/team training.
Your chosen challenge is designed and operated by me with science evidence-based principles in mind, along with all types of communication and online community boards. No more training alone!
You'll be able to ask me anything throughout the challenge! There are no assistant coaches.
